MEDISON'S SHIPPING COMPANY PULLS OUT OF PARTNERSHIP

By Pontus Jeppsson | PC for Alla

Medison has no contract with the company that was thought to handle

the deliveries of the 150 dollar computer. Now EMEA Services pulls out

of negotiations. "A purely commercial decision" says EMEA Services CEO

to PC for Alla.

The scandals surrounding the Medison company are becoming more

numerous. Now PC for Alla can reveal that the company doesn't have a

partner that can deliver the laptops that are being sold for 150 dollars.

On their web site, in interviews and in the press conference that was

held last week Medison have referred to the dutch company EMEA

Services. On Medisoncelebrity.com it is written "Shipping and handling

is taken care of by our partner EMEA Services with its network

reaching out over several continents".

This is not true. Tomas Ingvason is the CEO for EMEA Services, and

it's Swedish joint owner MK Electronics. To us he confirms that they

have been contacted by Medison, but that they never have written any

contracts, and will not be doing so either.

- We have been talking to Medison, but we have declined their request

to work with us, says Tomas Ingvason.

By lunchtime Tuesday EMEA Services conveyed their decision to Medison.

Tomas Ingvason will not disclose why they won't work with Medison.

- It was a purely commercial decision.

Have the recent media coverage about Medison played a part in the

decision?

- Not in principle, there were other things that were more important,

says Tomas Ingvason.

PC for Alla have tried to contact Medison's CEO Valdi Ivancic for a

comment, but without success.
